UK-India Awards announce shortlist – Edina parent company Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) is delighted to be nominated for the ‘Deal of Year’ category award for its acquisition of UK power company Edina.
The UK-India Awards brings together and celebrates the innovative and trailblazing individuals and organisations that are making a significant contribution to the strong global partnership between the UK and India.
EESL has the largest energy efficiency portfolio in the world and is one of the fastest-growing companies in India. EESL’s appetite for scaling transformative energy efficient technologies led to the acquisition of power generation company Edina, the UK market-leader for on-site gas-fired power generation and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solutions with over 700MW installed electrical capacity.
